How we fix it
We pull the panel, replace both rollers with heavy-duty stainless or steel-bearing units rated for your door's weight, clean and straighten the track, and re-set the height so the door glides with one finger.

Repair vs. Replacement
If only the wheel bearing has failed but the roller housing and screw are intact, a single roller swap is enough. If the housing is cracked, corroded, or the wrong load rating for your door's weight (common on upgraded impact-glass doors), we replace both rollers as a pair so wear stays even going forward.
