On-site estimates are provided free of charge. Pricing for the actual repair is confirmed and agreed upon before any work begins. If, after inspection, we determine a door cannot be repaired or you choose not to proceed, no trip charge applies.
Most repairs range from $180 to $420, parts and labor included. Final pricing depends on the specific parts, materials, and labor required and will always be confirmed with you in writing before work starts.
Repairs performed by Happy Sliding Doors are covered by a 12-month parts and labor warranty. This warranty covers failure of the specific parts and labor provided in that repair. It does not cover unrelated pre-existing conditions, damage caused after the repair by misuse or a separate incident, or components not serviced during the original visit.
We take reasonable precautions (floor mats, corner protection) to avoid damage to your home during service. If our work directly causes damage to your property, we will repair or remedy it at our cost, as documented in your service agreement.
Same-day appointments are offered based on availability and are not guaranteed for every request. We aim to respond to all quote requests within one hour during business hours.
