The Problem
A visible gap at the top of the door that widened over the years, letting in drafts and making the lock hard to catch.
Diagnosis
The house had settled slightly, tilting the door opening and throwing off the roller height on one side.
Repair Performed
Adjusted roller height on both sides to re-level the panel and correct the gap, then tested lock engagement.
Parts used: Roller height adjustment, no parts replaced
Outcome
Gap closed evenly and the lock now catches cleanly on the first try.
