The Problem
Homeowner needed two hands and a shoulder-check to open the patio door, and it was catching partway through the slide.
Diagnosis
Both rollers had flattened and one wheel housing had cracked from years of coastal salt exposure.
Repair Performed
Removed the panel, replaced both rollers with stainless steel-bearing units, cleaned and straightened the track, and reset roller height.
